Career Pathways Support
At Pierre Development Training Center (PDTC), all students have access to Career Pathways Support in partnership with the HAC Social Service Department.
This program offers personalized guidance to help students create a clear roadmap to success, whether they're entering the workforce, continuing their education, or exploring new career opportunities.
Through a free 30-minute one-on-one session, applicants receive support with goal setting, resume building, job search strategies, and connecting to additional resources.
This service is designed to empower students with the tools and direction they need to achieve long-term success.
