Founded in 2003 by the Pierre Family of Brooklyn, New York, and Trenton, New Jersey, Pierre Real Estate & Development LLC (PRED) is dedicated to transforming communities through strategic development of high-quality, affordable, and purpose-driven housing across the tri-state area.
Our mission is to create sustainable, dignified living environments that empower individuals and families, especially those underserved, by expanding access to affordable housing, faith-based residences, and mission-aligned nonprofit developments.

Design, financing, and construction of housing for low- and moderate-income individuals and families.

Development of housing in partnership with churches and faith institutions to serve congregations and surrounding communities.
Nonprofit & Community Facility Development
Creation of mixed-use spaces, including community centers, training facilities, and supportive service hubs.
Public-Private Partnerships (P3)
Collaboration with government agencies, nonprofits, and private sector partners to execute large-scale development projects.
Project Management & Execution
End-to-end development services including site acquisition, zoning, permitting, financing, construction oversight, and delivery.
Creation of mixed-use spaces including community centers, training facilities, and supportive service hubs.
Workforce & Economic Development Integration
Incorporating job training, workforce pipelines, and community hiring initiatives into development projects.
